Crossfit

CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program. It is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical ability in each of the fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy.

Personal Training

Personalized attention from a coach to help with anything you would like to learn or improve. Book either 30 minute or 1 hour appointments and can be scheduled at any time.

Hyrox

HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations. Races are hosted in a competitive & encouraging environment. There are global leaderboards and World Championships at the end of each season. HYROX works for both professional athletes as well as fitness enthusiasts! There are four different categories to choose from, Pro, Doubles, Relay and Open.

The goal is to help children learn the points-of-performance of foundational movements that have universal application; developing motor recruitment pathways, ensuring safe and efficient movement now as well as into the future.
